Shipping policy
We want your order to reach you smoothly. Below is everything you need to know about how and when we ship. All orders are shipped from within the United States, and we currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST or over the weekend begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5 to 9 business days to arrive. In total, most customers receive their order within about 6 to 11 business days from the time it is placed. Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 on orders under $50.
- Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
Any applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created. If you have not received tracking within a few business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thealiceboutique.com with your order number and we will make it right.
