Refund policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something is not right, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@thealiceboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we cover the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@thealiceboutique.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear.
